The newly introduced doored business class suites on Air France’s Boeing 777s are essentially a modified version of the existing Cirrus platform that can also be found on their Boeing 777s and Boeing 787s. Our review highlighted that the original Cirrus seats offer ample space and privacy. However, the design of the paired middle seats has been enhanced to provide a greater sense of privacy for passengers traveling together, despite the seats remaining spaced apart.

Air France is gradually implementing the pre-selection of main meals for business class passengers before departure. By the end of 2022, all flights departing from Paris will offer meat, dairy products, and eggs of French origin, sustainably sourced fish, and a vegetarian dish. Additionally, meals in all cabins will be fully prepared in France.

Passengers will be provided with an amenity kit containing Clarins cosmetics, thoughtfully designed with 93% recycled material and minimal plastic packaging. For instance, the noise-deadening earplugs are wrapped in “kraft paper,” and the toothbrush and pen are made from cornstarch. This sustainable approach aligns with Air France’s commitment to reducing its environmental impact.

In addition to the upgraded business class, the refurbished Boeing 777s will also feature new premium economy and economy seats. The premium economy seats will be the same recliner model found on Air France’s Airbus A350 fleet, offering 96cm of legroom, a wider seatback, and a 124-degree recline for increased comfort.
